San Diego Regional Center, LLC was organized on June 2012 as a State of California Limited Liability Company, and it was formed, among other reasons, to operate as a Regional Center pursuant to the rules promulgated by the USCIS to create permanent jobs in San Diego County located in the State of California by investing in the San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), California, which is comprised of San Diego County.

Overview

- The main buisness is to develop mixed-use real state projects that qualify for the EB5 program with the purpose of inviting investors that qualify for a Residential VISA "Green Card" under the laws of the EB5 program.

We are a team of builders designers that is form from a  team of industry professionals under the "Urban Design Group" and  "Construczion" brand, with focus on San Diego with single-family homes, multy-family and mixed use. Assisting living and other commercial real state development.

EB-5 Investor Program

USCIS administers the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5,” created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors based on proposals for promoting economic growth.The EB-5 Adjudications Policy Memorandum is the guiding document for USCIS administration of the EB-5 program.
